Week 1 -- Our inaugural session

We are taking the first few weeks slowly. A few ground rules to set the tone:

• AI Boomer (enthusiasm) for non-techies.
• Success: stories, tools, tips.
• No question is too basic. No win is too small.
• Jump in whenever. This is a room, not a lecture.
• Small, concrete steps.

Open floor. Anyone with a small win from the week — a tool, a shortcut, a few minutes saved. Keep it to two minutes so everyone gets a turn.

The fastest way to stop AI sounding like AI: give it your voice. We used actmorehuman.com to turn a few samples of your own writing into a short voice profile, then pasted that profile into a prompt so the output reads like you wrote it.

For people already using Claude: the Google Drive connector lets Claude read the docs and sheets already in your Drive. Connect it once, then ask questions about your real files instead of pasting them in.

A first look at building without writing code. We used base44 to build a small feedback app for the building and the space here at The Foundry — describe what you want, it builds it. Happy to share it with any groups that are looking for the same.
